The aim of the original festival was to provide a stimulating 48 hours in which people could take time out to reflect theologically on pilgrimage, as part of Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford's ‘Year of Cathedrals, Year of Pilgrimage’ 2020 programme.

Although the residential conference can no longer take place as planned, we hope that the webinar will provide people with a similar chance to reflect and deepen their understanding of pilgrimage in our culture. We hope you’ll leave equipped with practical ideas for enhancing your pilgrim ‘offer’ in your own parishes, both in terms of hospitality and encouraging the practice of pilgrimage as a way of deepening faith.

Featuring outstanding speakers from across the Christian Church, the Festival offers a stimulating and varied programme of lectures. Do tune in for a very special day.
